The only dependable spa service company in Big Bear. Steve always shows up when we are in a jam, and doesn't charge all the add on fees the other companies do. Olsen Spas has the experience, knowledge and hard work ethic it takes to be a spa company in the the mountains and through the winter months. The only true spa mechanic in Big Bear! Thank You Steve!

I don’t do a lot of reviews for service companies, because few are impressive. This one is.
I heard about Olson’s from a demanding guy who manages about 50 rental properties, most of which have temperamental hot tubs. I called, and sure enough, they were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. Highly recommended.
